The Rapture played a free in-store performance at the Apple Store in SoHo in support of the release of their latest album. They played a mix of songs from both albums with an obviously heavier focus on Pieces of the People We Love. The only hiccup occurred during "Get Myself Into It" when they stopped just after the first verse, apologized for messing it up, and started the song right up again.

Another reason for coming to this show - I was curious as to how a band whose music is conducive to dancing would play for a seated audience. For the most part, the audience was still, save for a few who danced in their seats. When they got to the last song of the set, the band led the audience in clapping and dancing, finally getting the audience up and out of their seats.
