This @nycmarathon makes 10!
Went into this one with the plan to run 26:00 5Ks and finish just under 3:40:00. Man, did that plan get executed - I made it to the 40K mark at 3:28:01, just one second above the pace. Booked it a bit the last 2K+ and managed to get in under the goal set out for the day.
Many thanks to all the friends I saw on the course. As always, it’s the spectators that make this the best fucking marathon in the world.
